A brand and a landing page for a real estate service.

The brief
This was my first private project for a client: a brand identity for a real estate service, built around a logo, a custom colour palette and a specific typographic voice.
The product itself, a management app for properties, clients and appointments, was shown as a concept mockup to give the brand a context, rather than designed out in full.
Alongside the identity, I designed a landing page to introduce the service, a single page to announce it and start gathering interest ahead of launch.
The client was real, though the project was ultimately never launched. What remains is a complete identity and the page built to carry it.
The identity
The mark pairs a simple house symbol with a friendly, rounded wordmark, approachable rather than corporate. A blue-to-violet palette keeps it modern and trustworthy, the two qualities a real estate service leans on most.

The landing page.
A single scrolling page to announce the service: a hero, four value props, product previews and a sign-up prompt, all carrying the new brand.
